Competency vs Age-Based (Traditional) Learning

Like all regular schools, age-based or traditional learning has a structured curriculum that ensures that all children learn the same syllabus and are on an equal footing.

Your child is expected to have developed some basic math skills and general knowledge.

How about "Competency-Based Learning"?

Also known as "Personalized Learning," this approach involves tailoring your child's education according to their abilities. It is typically used in home-based learning settings.

Certain infants or young children may excel in specific subjects due to their unique talents and strengths. For instance, while some children may be proficient in math, they may struggle with reading.

Competency-based learning guarantees that your child establishes a strong foundation during their early education. By mastering fundamental math, reading, and learning skills, your child will gain confidence and derive greater enjoyment from their lessons.

Right-brain Education is competency-based learning and does not revolve around exams. Instead, it emphasizes learning through love, nurturing, parental bonding, encouragement, and enjoyment. It also provides an opportunity to explore and cultivate your child's talents.

Once your child has a strong foundation in reading, math, and learning skills, attending school will become a pleasant and effortless experience for them.

The library's right-brain education flashcards and memory exercises can help you build your baby or toddler's learning foundation.
